2006
Sprocket line acquired from QM Bearings/Timken and new facility constructed in Prince George, BC, Canada, dedicated to sprockets.
1955-2005
Design and manufacture of sprockets as QM Industries.
2007-2009
Additional sprocket line acquired from Cannon Sprockets and additional manufacturing plant located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Introduction of new Super-Alloys and advanced through-hardened materials.
2016
Facility expansion adding an additional 13,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing capacity, along with 3 new advanced cutting and machining cells.
2017-2018
Additional material hardening, processing and fabrication facilities.
2010-2012​
Opened new 22,000 sq. ft. integrated sprocket manufacturing facility on the Canadian/US Border.

Added additional advanced manufacturing equipment to maintain same- or next-day deliveries.
2013-2016
Implementation of advanced Material Resource Planning System ERP, MRP and CRM.
2024
Partnered with Weller Metalworks to significantly increase capacity and provide additional locations to manufacture sprockets across North America.
